How do you acquire talent today? Are you using headhunters services in your enterprise? If yes, could you share some of them?
for sure, we receive many contacts, but when you try to find someone expert in some process, DEV, OPS, QA...normally this person is not searching offers, they "wait" until some headhunter finds him. At least in my experience...
Do you not receive any contact over LinkedIn?
I get contacted almost everyday, when companies see that your company has open roles they usually try to send help.
At Vidoomy we do not use any for the moment, trying to do it by ourselves, but it takes very long.
