Copilot yes or no?

Recently my team ask me about having copilot to help their performance when writing code.
I wanted to provide them some license to do so and compare results, even with a clear way of measurement or a real impact, if with copilot or any other tool help their daily work, will be good for them.
As always not all of them will use it, like many other tools, we will have some heavy users.
So give a try, then evaluate to continue or not.
